I believe good real estate advice begins with listening. Understanding where you are, where you want to go, and what matters to you allows me to help you make decisions with confidence rather than pressure.

Toronto is very much part of my story. My family has called this city home for generations, and my vision has been shaped by a lifetime around homes, design and construction. With a builder for a father and an interior designer for a mother, I learned early to look beyond what a home is today and see what it could become. That perspective has given me an appreciation for good design, thoughtful renovations, quality construction and, perhaps most importantly, the potential that isn’t always immediately obvious.

Add to that my earlier career in law, including real estate, corporate/commercial and estate law, and I tend to look at a transaction from several angles. Not just Can we buy it? or Can we sell it? but Does this make sense for you?
